Customer Policy

Processing & Handling

– All order are processed within 1-3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. (This excludes weekends and holidays.)

– Once your order is fully processed within that time frame, (assuming the products ordered are readily available and not on pre-order), your order will be handled accordingly and move into the shipping stage.

Shipping

– Once your order is processed and packaged, it is shipped immediately. All tracking numbers will be sent out within 24 hours of shipping.
– Please give USPS time to update the information in their system. (Your shipping timeframe is dependent on the form of shipping you choose.)

PEAR-U IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ORDERS THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY REACHED THE POST OFFICE. PLEASE TAKE UP ALL DISPUTES WITH USPS.

Delays

– Please understand that unfortunate circumstances such as weather, etc. can occur and is completely beyond our control when it comes to shipping delays.

– If the address provided is incorrect, or cannot be found immediately,  processing may take longer until we are able to verify and correct the mistake. Please be sure to double check all important information to avoid delays.

Pre-Orders

– Pre-orders are items that are currently not in stock, but purchased in advance and scheduled to ship at a future date.
– Due to the timeframe that it may take to create certain lengths, textures or lace, they can always be pre-ordered when applicable.
– Please allow at least 7-15 business days for pre-ordered items to be shipped to you. Thank you for understanding!

Returns/Exchanges

–  ALL SALES ARE FINAL
– In the rare case that the length or texture of bundles received are different from what was ordered, we must be contacted within 5 calendar days of receipt in order to resolve the issue. If approved, all products must be returned in their original condition. Labels must not be broken, hair cannot be used, tampered with or brushed/ combed out by any means. Photos will be required.
– You are responsible for any return and/or exchange shipping costs.

Refunds

– Due to the delicate nature of our products, sales are final. In the event that proof of incorrect lengths or textures are presented, items can be sent back within 5 calendar days for us to inspect and consider whether or not a refund is eligible.
– Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
